When Goizper 4.0 meets Sharework project

Industry 4.0 solutions are already being integrated in Goizper Group, such as smart-G, an IoT monitoring system fused on mechanical components in order to predict failures.

Goizper has decided to invest in new technologies on the manual assembly area, where the company is concerned about the ergonomic issues of the operators.

This is when Goizper thought about the ShareWork Project as something really possitive for many reasons, as collaborative robots (Cobots) will provide that flexibility Goizper Assembly area is looking for.

To integrate this new Project in the actual servo rotary table assembly area, Goizper will validate a new design of the workplace so that the introduction of cobots is effective.

Once the Sharework Project is innitiated, many benefits are expected:

1) The operators ergonomics conditions will be improved

2) The product quality will rise thanks to the successful team between Humans and Robots

3) The assembly cycle time will reduce due to the fast execution of UR10 Cobots
